Terms of Use

1. The app

Divya Dhwani is an ad-free japa counter with a panchang calendar, bhajans and related devotional content. Core features work offline and do not require an account.

2. Accounts

An account (Google or phone number sign-in) is optional. It is needed only for the leaderboard, points, favourites and Sadhak Membership. Keep your sign-in credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. See our Privacy Policy for the data involved.

3. Sadhak Membership and payments

• Sadhak Membership is an optional paid upgrade that unlocks additional content and features described in the app at the time of purchase.
• Purchases are made only through Google Play Billing. The price, billing terms and any renewal terms are shown in Google Play before you buy. We do not take payments directly and never see your payment details.
• Refunds and cancellations follow Google Play's refund policy and are handled through Google Play. You may also write to us and we will help where we can.
• Features included in membership may be improved or changed over time.

4. Acceptable use

Please do not:

• interfere with or disrupt the app, website or our servers;
• reverse-engineer the service for malicious purposes or attempt unauthorised access;
• submit falsified activity to earn points or climb the leaderboard, or use a display name that impersonates others or is offensive.

We may adjust or remove points, hide leaderboard entries, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Content

Bhajans, videos, wallpapers, suvichar, meditations, blog posts and other content are provided for devotional and informational use. Content belongs to Divya Dhwani Musical or its respective owners (for example, videos hosted on YouTube) and may not be copied or redistributed commercially without permission. Personal sharing is welcome.

6. Panchang and religious guidance

Panchang data aims to be accurate but is not the sole authority for time-sensitive religious observances. When in doubt, consult a local pandit or a trusted panchang source.

7. Your data

Your local japa data belongs to you and stays on your device unless you sign in or export it yourself. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; see Delete Account.

8. No warranty and limit of liability

The app and website are provided "as is". We work carefully to keep your japa counts safe and our content accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app or website.

9. Ending use

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access for accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.

11. Changes and contact
